Strengthening community wellbeing after bushfire grants - September 2021

A second round of small grants have been awarded to successful community groups and non-government organisations.

These grants fund locally driven projects that help bushfire affected communities in the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and Yorketown and surrounds to connect and build resilience through their recovery.

Suicide Prevention Community Grants Scheme - September 2021

22 recipients have received grant funding totalling $150,000 supporting state suicide prevention projects and activities through the South Australian Suicide Prevention Community Grants Scheme.

SA Healthy Towns Challenge - September 2020

Five successful recipients have received grant funding of up to $50,000 for initiatives in regional and rural areas that support community health and wellbeing, encourage healthier choices or increase participation in activities with a prevention focus.

Chronic disease integrated partnership grants - June 2021

Five projects have received a total of $260,000 in funding to support testing and development of integrated approaches to delivery of care for people living with a chronic condition.

Community wellbeing and resilience grants

Wellbeing SA is pleased to offer Phase 2 funding to support the continuation of selected Community Wellbeing and Resilience Grant projects, as part of its ongoing work to support the physical, mental and social wellbeing of local South Australian communities.
