Freedom of information
The Freedom of Information Act 1991 gives members of the public a legally enforceable right to access information held by the South Australian Government, subject to certain conditions. See below list of publicly available Wellbeing SA determinations.
Wellbeing SA is an independent agency attached to the Department for Health and Wellbeing. Each state government agency operates separately for the purposes of Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation.
FOI application costs
An FOI application costs $39.00, and some requests have an additional processing charge. The Wellbeing SA FOI team will advise of these charges once they receive your application and begin processing.
For more information on costs, please contact Wellbeing SA using the contact details listed below or review our Freedom of Information Statement.
